This utility model relates to a food residue disposer, especially for kitchen use. The problems to be solved are those faced by the existing background technology. Large food residues are not easy to fall and difficult to be ground. The rotating cutter plate is not strong enough and the ground material is easy to fall onto the motor.

The following are the main points of the technical solution adopted to solve these technical problems. A water basin is equipped on the top of the casing. The lower outlet of the water basin is connected to the casing through a connector and a rubber residue inlet. The inner cavity of the casing is provided with a main ring-shaped cutter. A motor is set inside and at the bottom of the casing. The motor is connected to the rotating cutter plate. The rotating cutter plate is connected to the auxiliary cutter. A residue outlet is provided at one side of the casing. The feature is that the grinding blade surface between the auxiliary cutter body and the main cutter body is inclined while the bottom of the rotating cutter plate is connected to the support frame of the cutter plate.

Having the obvious advantages of excellent grinding effect, this utility model can be used for grinding various food residues.
